Bike Pickup & Storage Policy

At The Bicycle Chain, we’re committed to providing excellent service and keeping our workshops running smoothly for all riders.

Once your repair is complete, we’ll contact you right away — and we kindly ask that you pick up your bike as soon as possible. That said, we offer a generous 60-day grace period to give you plenty of time.

After the 60 days, bikes left in the shop will incur a storage fee of $10 per day.

If a bike remains unclaimed for more than 90 days (60 days grace + 30 days storage) and we’ve made at least three attempts to contact you, it may be considered abandoned. At that point, The Bicycle Chain reserves the right to donate, recycle, or otherwise dispose of the bike to keep our space available for other customers.

We understand that life gets busy — if you’re unable to collect your bike within the 60-day window, please get in touch with us. We’ll do our best to work with you.
